These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UNI Games regarding your download, access, and use of the UNI mobile application and associated online game services.
1. Eligibility (Ages 13+)
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account, access multiplayer tables, or play UNI. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Agreement on your behalf.
2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content & Abusive Behavior
You agree never to engage in or facilitate any of the following behavior in chat messages, usernames, profile photos, bios, or gameplay:
- Harassment, Bullying, or Threats: Any intimidating, hostile, stalking, or abusive conduct targeted toward any player or moderator.
- Hate Speech: Any derogatory, defamatory, or hateful commentary based on ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or clan/regional background.
- Sexual, Graphic, or Violent Content: Any sexually suggestive, explicit, pornographic, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Spam & Commercial Solicitation: Unsolicited advertisements, promotional links, phishing attempts, or scam solicitations.
- Impersonation & Cheating: Impersonating other players, staff, or developers; exploiting bugs, using automated bots, modifying game memory, or engaging in match collusion.
3. In-App Reporting, Blocking & 24-Hour Moderation Review
To keep our card tables clean and enjoyable, UNI provides integrated safety tools for every player:
- Reporting Players: You can report any player directly from the table or profile screen by tapping their avatar and selecting Report User.
- Blocking Players: You can block any player immediately. Blocked players can no longer message you or join your private tables.
- 24-Hour Action Commitment: Our moderation team reviews all submitted reports within 24 hours. Upon verification, offending content will be immediately deleted, and the violating user account will be permanently banned or suspended without notice.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC)
You are solely responsible for any content you transmit through the app, including usernames, avatars, messages, and bios. By submitting content to UNI, you grant UNI Games a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, transmit, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and moderating the game service.
5. Virtual Currency & In-Game Coins
UNI features in-game virtual currency ("Coins") earned through winning matches or available through optional in-app purchases:
- No Real-World Monetary Value: Coins are purely virtual entertainment items for use exclusively inside UNI. Coins cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for real money, goods, or financial services of any kind.
- Non-Transferable: Coins and cosmetic table titles cannot be sold, traded, or transferred outside of authorized in-game mechanisms.
- No Property Right: You acknowledge that you do not own the virtual items or coins; you are granted a limited, personal, revocable license to use them in the game.
6. Apple App Store Terms & Standard EULA
If you downloaded UNI from the Apple App Store, this Agreement supplements and incorporates Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). All financial transactions and in-app purchases are processed exclusively by Apple Inc. and are governed by Apple's applicable terms, conditions, and refund policies.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without liability, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the game at any time if you violate these Terms, cheat, or engage in behavior detrimental to other players. You may also voluntarily terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.
8. "As Is" Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
UNI IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNI GAMES AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE GAME.
